　　First, let's take a look at how to use a freeze dryer
　　1. Open the main power switch on the left side of the vacuum freeze dryer chassis, and the air pressure is displayed as atmospheric pressure 110pk;
　　2. Press and hold the total opening key on the control panel of the vacuum freeze dryer for more than three seconds, and the temperature is displayed as the actual temperature of the cold trap;
　　3. Start the first European vacuum freeze dryer chiller and pre-cool for more than 30 minutes;
　　4. Place the sample into the sample holder, cover the plexiglass cover, and activate the vacuum pump;
　　5 After the pressure of the vacuum freeze dryer is stable, record the temperature and pressure values.
　　Downtime
　　6. Record the temperature and pressure values ??before shutdown;
　　7. Press and hold the inflation valve of the vacuum freeze dryer control panel and immediately turn off the vacuum pump;
　　8. When the pressure is displayed as atmospheric pressure, open the plexiglass cover and take out the sample;
　　9. Turn off the refrigerator of the vacuum freeze dryer, press and hold the total open key for more than three seconds, and finally turn off the main power switch;
　　10. After the ice in the cold trap is completely turned into water, open the water outlet valve on the left side of the cabinet to drain the water, and clean the inner wall of the cold trap with a dry cloth, and cover the large filter paper to prevent dust.

　　1. The sample prepared by the freeze dryer should be as wide as possible, and it should not contain acid-base substances and volatile organic solvents;
　　2, the product must be completely frozen into ice, if there is residual liquid will cause gasification jet;
　　3, pay attention to the freeze dryer cold trap is about minus 65 degrees, can be used in low temperature refrigerators, but must wear thermal insulation gloves to prevent frostbite;
　　4. Before starting the vacuum pump, check whether the water outlet valve is tightened, whether the inflation valve is closed, whether the contact surface of the plexiglass cover and the rubber ring is clean and free of dirt, and is well sealed;
　　5. Under normal circumstances, the vacuum freeze dryer should not be used continuously for more than 48 hours;
　　6. During the freezing process, the temperature gradually decreases. The sample can be taken out and warmed for a while, and then dried to shorten the drying time.
　　How to maintain the freeze dryer
　　(1) 4 times per observation record value
　　1. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of compressed air does not exceed 0.035Mpa;
　　2. Evaporation pressure gauge 0.4Mpa-0.5Mpa;
　　3, high pressure pressure gauge 1.2Mpa-1.6Mpa.
　　(2) The dryer should always observe the drainage and sewage system
　　1. The float drainer is cleaned once a week;
　　2. The sewage pipe discharges once a week.
　　◆Electronic drain cleaning method:
　　a. Close the ball valve in front of the automatic drainer;
　　b. Loosen the upper fixing nut and take out the timing coil. During the cleaning process, the coil can never touch the water, otherwise the coil will burn off;
　　c. Remove the hose, loosen the drain valve body, and vent the compressed air inside the drainer;
　　d. Remove the valve plug and wipe it clean;
　　e. Screw the valve body back into place, the front ball valve is gently opened a little, use compressed air to empty the impurities and water in the drainage system; wipe the valve body with a rag;
　　f. Put the valve core and timing coil back in place; then install the hose and open the front ball valve.
　　(3) Regularly observe the inlet temperature of the cooling water system and the compressed air system.
　　1. Cooling water temperature is 2~32°C;
　　2. The water pressure is 0.15~0.3Mpa;
　　3, compressed air intake temperature should generally be ≤ 45 ° C (by hand touch the intake pipe is not hot is appropriate), except for special.
　　4, the cooling water should be kept clean, the Y-type filter is cleaned once every half a month, the water quality is good once a month; the water condenser is cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality), and the wind condenser is cleaned once a month;
　　◆ Cleaning of the shell-and-tube water condenser: close the inlet and outlet of the cooling water, open the end cover of the unconnected water pipe, the outer cover of the end cover and the gasket need only to be cleaned with water; the inside of the copper pipe is cleaned with gas, water or a stick attached with a rag; When cleaning, be careful not to use too much force to avoid breaking the internal copper tube.
　　(4) Frequent observation of the refrigeration system
　　1. The compressor is touched at least once a day by hand, which is normally cold and frosty;
　　2, dry filter every week to touch the temperature difference between the two sides, the temperature difference should not be very large (imported heat, export cool needs to be replaced);
　　3. If you find that the compressor has abnormal sound and heat, you should contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.
　　(5) Check the electrical control system: purge the dust and tighten the terminals (must be carried out without electricity)
　　(6) Appearance maintenance
　　Regularly wipe the surface of the equipment with oil and dust with a clean towel. Remove dust and oil from the floor of the air conditioner and air compressor to keep the environment clean and tidy.
