  Analysis on the drying principle of freeze dryer
  I believe everyone is familiar with freeze dryers. Such a machine that integrates freezing and drying has been favored by most experiments. The principle of freeze drying of freeze dryers is actually not complicated. Freezing and drying are divided into two processes. These two processes are freezing and drying, respectively. Freezing is to freeze the processed substance containing moisture, we first freeze it into a solid. Then we perform the drying process, which is to convert the moisture in the frozen material from our solid to gaseous state. We call this a sublimation process. Such a process is actually a drying process.
  Through such a method, we can easily remove the water in the processed substance. In this way, the processed substance can be easily stored by us, and such preservation will take a long time.
  In the process of compressing air in a freeze dryer, by reducing the temperature of lyophilization of the compressed air, when the temperature continues to decrease, we can let the moisture in the compressed air all precipitate. In fact, the freeze-drying principle of a freeze dryer is almost the same as the source flow of a domestic refrigerator. When compressed air passes through the compressed air pipe, the compressed air drops, thereby meeting our drying requirements.
  Several important parameters of freeze dryer should be paid special attention to, some of them are still the focus of great attention. Daily use of freeze dryer must be checked from the following important parameters:
  1. The number of partitions in the drying chamber of the freeze dryer. The temperature of the partition and whether there are debris in the drying chamber should be checked in time.
  2. Whether the gland function of the freeze dryer is good, and whether the manual and automatic functions are good.
  3. Are there any changes in the material of the condenser of the freeze dryer.
  4. Is the compressor of the cooling system functioning properly.
  5. Whether the parameter setting of the monitor is normal.
  The design and use of freeze dryers and inspection are important links in our use of freeze dryers, and we can strengthen the use and maintenance of freeze dryers from multiple aspects.
