  Industrial vacuum freeze dryer is a technical method to freeze water-containing articles in advance and then sublimate their moisture under vacuum to obtain dried articles. The freeze-dried items are easy to store for a long time. After adding water, the industrial vacuum freeze dryer can restore the state before freeze-drying and maintain the original biochemical characteristics.   Industrial vacuum freeze dryer is widely used, and the frequency of use is also very high, so it is important for enterprises to use the industrial vacuum freeze dryer normally. We all know that the car needs regular maintenance after driving a certain distance. The same is true for other mechanical equipment including industrial vacuum freeze dryers, and the cleaning work of industrial vacuum freeze dryers is necessary.
  In the freeze-drying process, the temperature of liquid items is pre-frozen and the subsequent sublimation of moisture in solid items, the temperature needs to be controlled within a certain range of process requirements, which requires industrial vacuum freeze dryers to have a certain degree of temperature regulation Features. The temperature adjustment problem of industrial vacuum freeze-drying machine is solved well without setting the temperature adjustment unit. The specific scheme is as follows:
  1. Under the premise of surplus cooling capacity of the refrigeration compressor, add a cooling branch that can provide appropriate cooling capacity to meet the cooling capacity during temperature adjustment next to the refrigeration system pipeline that supplies cold for the front box of the industrial vacuum freeze dryer need;
  2. At the same time, when the temperature is adjusted, the refrigeration compressor is cooling two evaporators with different evaporation temperatures. The difference in operating conditions may cause a greater impact on the refrigeration compressor due to the lag of the expansion valve control. It will lead to the failure of the liquid compressor of the refrigeration compressor, which needs to grasp the control of the return steam pressure. Now the technician has added an electromagnetic valve on the return steam line of the front tank evaporator, and the electromagnetic valve is controlled by the pressure controller. The monitoring of the pressure difference between the front and the back to control the opening or closing of the valve to reduce the load impact during temperature adjustment and ensure the smooth operation of the compressor of the industrial vacuum freeze dryer;
  3. In order to prevent the pressure in the front box evaporator from being increased due to the closing of the electromagnetic valve, the temperature adjustment effect cannot be guaranteed, and the technician of the industrial vacuum freeze dryer has added a return to the steam return line in front of the electromagnetic valve. The steam branch pipe, the secondary compression suction pipe connected to the refrigeration compressor, through the practice on multiple industrial vacuum freeze dryers, the result proves that this treatment scheme is practical and feasible, it can avoid the addition of temperature control units. The increased cost also solves the undesirable temperature adjustment effect and the impact on the compressor load caused by the commonly used capillary temperature adjustment.
