The processing technology of freeze-drying lyophilized instant powder in asparagus is mainly as follows:
The main process flow: raw material juice extraction-conditioning-pre-freezing-vacuum freeze-drying.
(1) Juice extraction from raw materials: Juice the thawed asparagus waste material with a juicer to obtain the original asparagus juice;
(2) Preparation: Based on asparagus juice, fresh milk with a volume ratio of 6-7%, sucrose with a mass ratio of 6-7%, citric acid with a mass ratio of 0.25-0.35%, and malt paste with a mass ratio of 13-17% Stir in asparagus juice in order;
