Experimental Vacuum Freeze Dryer operation preparation and difference from the pilot lyophilizer
Experimental Vacuum Freeze Dryer uses pre-operation preparation:

1.Experimental Vacuum Freeze Dryer
The Experimental Vacuum Freeze Dryer is small and has a bench top and a vertical. Both the table and the vertical type are common type, gland type, and multi-manifold type. The mainframe of the desktop freeze dryer is smaller in volume and has a smaller freeze-drying area. The temperature of the cold trap is usually -50 degrees. A small number of acrylic bells in the style of a bell jar can be used to see the contents of the plate. Pre-freezing and boring of materials need to be shifted, and there is no temperature control function. Limited by the external space of the desktop, this machine can not pre-freeze -80 degrees. Due to the large external space, the vertical lyophilizer can be pre-frozen at -80, and because of the large external space, the heat dissipation is good. Thus, the compressor, the control circuit, and the like are slow to age.
2. Pilot freeze dryer
There are two types of ordinary pilot freeze dryers. One is the use of electric heating as a heating medium for temperature rise and fragmentation. One is a piece of silicone oil as a heating medium. In terms of appearance, there are square and round cabins, and the round cabin is currently mainly in the food field. Take the Fangcang freeze dryer as an example to discuss the electric heating and silicone oil heating. The shelf cooling of the electric heating lyophilizer is indirectly from the evaporation end of the squeezing machine, the cooling is rapid, the temperature is low, and the heating is warming up. Due to the rapid cooling, the refrigeration and heating are in conflict, the temperature control is not uniform, and the temperature error ratio is large. Compared with electric heating, the silicone oil lyophilizer is slightly more expensive than the electric heating, and the function is perfect! The lyophilizer with silicone oil as the medium, the cooling and heating are very reliable, and the temperature can be controlled within 1 degree. No damage will be formed to the material.
